The hotel is conveniently across from the tube station, simplifying my travel across the city. My room was clean and modern. I especially liked the plentiful breakfast selection, it offered many options to start the day.
This added waiting time when traveling between floors.

The room offered standard amenities including a television and tea and coffee facilities. It provided what I needed for a brief stay. Storage space was adequate for a few nights, with enough room for luggage and personal items. Bed linens were clean and fresh.

Breakfast hours extended until 10:00 AM on weekdays. This allowed for a relaxed start to the day. I saw several pizza options available in the restaurant, and also pasta choices. The breakfast area had ample seating.

Staff were visible at the reception desk, ready to assist with check-in. The reception area was generally tidy and well-kept. I requested an additional towel and this was brought to my room quickly

The hotel offers luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. This was very helpful. I noticed several vending machines available near the lobby. The jubilee line is directly across the street! though the entrance can get crowded during peak times.

the location suited me well. it was near the underground station. i found a grocery shop and coffee shop close by. the staff members were helpful and supportive.
housekeeping walked into my room. this happened twice in one day while i was inside. the first time, they knocked to ask about towels shortly after i checked in. i found this unsettling.
